INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All intellectual property embodied in the Axiom Vault platform is the exclusive property of Origin Neural. This includes, without limitation: the Sovereign Proof Engine and its 5-gate verification pipeline; the K3 geometric invariant and associated spectral geometry methods; the proprietary neural network architecture and weight manifold verification system; all training algorithms, optimization methods, and hyperparameter configurations; the SCINS (Sovereign Compound Identification and Naming System) classification system; all prediction data, binding scores, ADMET profiles, and derived analytics; and the platform's software, user interfaces, APIs, and documentation.
2. 5-Gate Sovereign Proof Engine
The Sovereign Proof Engine is a proprietary multi-stage verification pipeline that validates every
prediction before publication. The five gates are:
Gate 1 — Smooth Wall: Topological filter applying
Forman-Ricci curvature analysis to verify weight manifold smoothness.
Gate 2 — Sovereign MLP: Forward pass through the
crystallized neural network (85.40% holdout accuracy, K3 = 0.000016).
Gate 3 — Logic Wall: Horizon Entropy halting check
ensuring prediction confidence meets minimum thresholds.
Gate 4 — Manifold Check: Spectral geometry
verification confirming the weight manifold remains in Sovereign state.
Gate 5 — Proof Hash: SHA-256 + SHA3 cryptographic
fingerprint generation and BSV blockchain anchoring.
The architecture, methods, thresholds, and implementation of each gate are proprietary and
confidential. Attempting to reverse-engineer or reconstruct any gate's methodology from outputs
is prohibited.
3. Blockchain Provenance
All predictions generated by the Sovereign Proof Engine are anchored to the BSV (Bitcoin SV) blockchain via Merkle tree aggregation. Each batch of predictions is cryptographically hashed and committed to an immutable on-chain record, establishing an irrefutable Date of Discovery for every molecular prediction. The blockchain anchoring process, Merkle tree construction methods, batch aggregation strategies, and witnessing protocols are proprietary to Origin Neural. The resulting transaction IDs (TXIDs) serve as publicly verifiable proof of prediction provenance and temporal priority. Origin Neural's blockchain provenance system is designed to establish prior art and intellectual property priority for all predictions in the Axiom Vault.
4. Patent Status
Origin Neural has identified 62 patentable inventions arising from the development of the Axiom Vault platform and Sovereign Proof Engine, with an estimated portfolio value of $40–$125 million. Key patent families under development include: the Sovereign Sieve training methodology (spectral-geometry-guided neural network training with Phoenix restart protocol); Spectral Geometry Verification (K3 invariant, Wigner-Dyson gap statistics for weight manifold analysis); Zero-Disclosure Provenance (blockchain anchoring of AI predictions without revealing model internals); MolMark Forensic Watermarking (steganographic embedding in molecular data exports); and SCINS Classification (systematic compound identification and naming). 5. IP Protection Measures
Origin Neural employs multiple layers of intellectual property protection:
Bioisosteric Shadowing: Prior to unlock, molecular
structures displayed on the platform may be substituted with bioisosteric analogs —
structurally similar compounds that preserve pharmacological plausibility while concealing the
actual predicted structure. Full structures are revealed only upon authenticated dossier unlock.
MolMark Forensic Watermarking: Exported data at
Institutional tier and above contains embedded 16-bit steganographic signatures achieving greater
than 95% trace accuracy. Watermarks are linked to account identity, export timestamp, and
subscription tier.
Honeypot Decoys: The prediction database contains
strategically placed synthetic decoy compounds designed to detect unauthorized redistribution. Access
to or redistribution of honeypot compounds triggers automatic account flagging and may result in
immediate suspension and legal action.
SMILES Truncation & Purification: Free-tier users
receive truncated SMILES (first 10 characters only). All displayed SMILES undergo sanitization
to prevent direct structure reconstruction without proper authorization.
6. Attribution Requirements
Any use of prediction data obtained from Axiom Vault in publications, research papers, presentations,
or derivative works must include proper attribution. Required citation format:
"Prediction data generated by Axiom Vault (axiomvault.io), a Verified Molecular Intelligence
platform by Origin Neural. Prediction ID: [AXM-ID]. BSV TXID: [transaction_id]."
All citations must include the specific prediction IDs (AXM-XXXXX format) and associated BSV
blockchain transaction IDs for reproducibility and provenance verification. Failure to provide
proper attribution may constitute a breach of the License Agreement.
7. Trademarks
The following names and marks are trademarks or service marks of Origin Neural: Axiom Vault, AxiomVault, Sovereign Proof Engine, Verified Molecular Intelligence, SCINS, MolMark, Digital Drug Dossier, Sovereign Sieve, and Origin Neural. These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Origin Neural's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Origin Neural. All other trademarks not owned by Origin Neural that appear on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
