REFUND POLICY
1. Digital Drug Dossier Unlocks ($2)
Digital Drug Dossier unlocks are non-refundable once delivered. Dossiers are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon successful payment; as such, they are exempt from cooling-off period provisions applicable to physical goods. Exception: If a technical failure occurs and the dossier data is not delivered (e.g., payment processed but prediction data not displayed), you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery at our discretion. To report a delivery failure, contact billing@originneural.ai within 48 hours of the transaction with your account email and transaction ID.
2. Subscription Plans
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. First-subscription cooling-off period: New subscribers who have never previously held a paid subscription are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription purchase, provided they have accessed fewer than 50 predictions during that period. This cooling-off period applies once per account and only to the first paid subscription. To cancel and request a cooling-off refund, contact billing@originneural.ai within the 7-day window.
3. Strategic Licenses (VAULT/ENTERPRISE)
Refund terms for Structured Licensing Agreements (SLAs) for VAULT-tier and ENTERPRISE-tier access are governed by the individual written agreement executed between the licensee and Origin Neural. Upfront data access fees are generally non-refundable once the data access period has commenced. Milestone-based payments are subject to the refund and termination provisions specified in each individual SLA. For questions regarding strategic license refunds, contact licensing@originneural.ai.
4. Bulk Purchases
Portfolio unlock purchases made using bulk pricing (10+ compounds at $1.50 each, 50+ compounds at $1.00 each) are non-refundable once the compounds have been unlocked and dossier data delivered. Bulk purchases are processed as a single transaction and cannot be partially refunded. If a technical failure prevents delivery of any compounds in a bulk purchase, a refund or re-delivery will be provided for the affected compounds only.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@originneural.ai
with the following information:
• Account email address
• Transaction ID or Stripe receipt number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original
payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Origin Neural reserves the right to
deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. Repeated refund requests
may result in account review.
